Is this to be over an existing porch - or a free standing unit? What surface finish for the porch ceiling? Wainscoting? Sheet goods? Columns from roof to slab steps ? - Railings? Wood columns? Metal? What diameter? Round? Octagonal? Fluted like marble columns?

I have to agree with Hayzee, normally a porch roof of any type is part of an original architectural design and there are just so many variables that it would be nearly impossible to create after market DIY plans that would meet your needs.
If you happen to know a framing carpenter or a gen.contract you might convince them to assist you in creating a design specific to your needs, but finding ready made plans for your project would prove nearly impossible.
