rebuild burned home

What is it that you should treat the remaining(good) stud walls with to prevent any smoke odor when rebuilding a burned home?

any good spray on encapsulation product. rhino hide will do it. spray on urethane insulation will do it. also depends how far the fire went into the supporting structure. fire marshalls will in most cases determine a house inhospitable after a fire. might be best left to total reconstruction.
