Replacing individual tiles

There was a fire in my apartment building and, of course, my apartment, two floors below, was drenched. As a result, TWO individual ceramic tiles, each on a different wall, have come loose. I have extra grout, but what can I put them back onto the wall with?

I would be grateful if, when replying, you could please keep in mind that I live in the middle of Manhattan, in NYC, I do NOT have a car and do not have a lot of resources (we have a Home Depot, but it's a far cry from what you have in the 'burbs! They don't even carry simple things like dowels or other lumber). So PLEASE don't ask me to get a huge vat of thinset! I have no place to even put a small gallon container of thinset! It's a small NYC apartment...

Many thanks!

get a tube of panel adhesive or liquid nails. tiles are installed using tile adhesive. grout's used to seal the "in betweens" and quickset is used to set floor tile.
