Plastic window screen corners

I have a trailer in the country that needs a few window screens replaced. I pulled them out but noticed the corners had plastic inserts that cracked. The big chain hardware stores had replacements for these in 5/16 and 7/16 but mine are smaller than this. Any suggestions?

The Nylon window screen frame corners are made in 1/4", 5/16",3/8" and 7/16".

The Home Depot catalog lists the 1/4" as catalog number 863760 for gray, 863765 for Bronze and 848870 for White.

One problem you may run into is that the preformed corners are shaped to fit a specific shape of extruded aluminum frame stock. While you might find the correct size they may not fit your framing material.

An alternative is to get both the corners and the frame stock and custom make your own frames.

I do not see that anywhere online, or is it only in the print catalog? I went to the local store and was told what they had was all they had.
