Stained Vinyl Siding

I have whilte vinyl siding that I installed 8 years ago. It was the most expensive Certainteed siding available at the time. I have been very disappointed in how bugs can stain it and the stains can't be removed. Not with pressure washer, not with naptha, kerosene, paint thinner, or anything that I have tried. The stains appear to soak in, and won't come off. I've had other just odd brownish stains appear that won't come off either. I'm to the point of replacing it, but wondered if there are other brands that are better for stain resistance. Or if I'd be better off to paint it. Other than staining, it is holding up well. But it certainly isn't maintenance free!
