Custom Design Foundation Vents

Unfortunately my home came with custom design foundation vents known only to the brick layer, and they're made of wood and rotting... They are rectangular with a partial circular round on the top. The circular section has no vents. I understand that somewhere out there there is a web site that will reproduce a custom design foundation vent in molded plastic. I would appreciate any information that someone has. Thanks
