curious homeowner is on a distinguished road
patching gutters

What is the correct way to patch holes in aluminum gutters? Looks like just a round hole the size of a dime.

make sure the gutter area is dry. cut a piece of aluminum window screening a bit bigger than the hole. use a quick cure two part epoxy cement and slather it over the gutter, place the patch and coat this as well. come back when the first coat is dry and put some more over the first.
