Retaining Wall Repair

I Just Purchased A Home With A Retaining Wall Out Front. The Wall Is Starting To Crack Into A V Shape. Each Crack Is About 2 Feet Long.

Does The Wall Need To Come Down To Be Repaired Or Can The Repair Be Done Without Coming Down? Also How Much Will A Project Like This Cost?.
