Help Repairing My Eave?

Here's my problem, guys...

My eave has a giant hole in it and nasty little raccoons are trying to live in my house! I blocked it from the inside, so they can't fit in, but how do I fix it? It's all stucco...so does anyone know how to repair it or have any ideas? All are appreciated!

does your stucco go right up even with the soffitt? ususally there is a board right between the stucco wall and the soffit. Is the hole in the soffitt or THAT horizontal board. Have you removed tree branches that they'd likely jump from to your roof? Look for a nail pattern in THAT horizontal board and cut using a super saw right next to the nail heads, remove the "holed board" and replace it. If it seems like an area the racoons might poke through again, line the backside with 1/4 inch hardware cloth.
