product called sure wall

We used to use a product called sure wall, I'm not sure if that is the correct spelling, that was a mixture of portland cement and fiber strands. We haven't been able to find it. Does anyone know if it still exists, has a new name, or where to get it?

I did a search for what you mentioned. all that came up was sure wall is a wall anchor.

It is available at Lowes and Home Depot it's called "Quickwall" comes in a white bag in the concrete section.
It's about $10 a bag.
