sloping hardwood floors

Is there an easy solution to fix sloping hardwood floors? The entire house has sunk over the past 125 years. There are support beams in the basement so I can't imagine that the sloping will severly continue in my lifetime, however, there is about a 3-4 inch difference over a course of 12 feet. There is more like a bubblehump then gradually slopes away from the foundation toward the center of the home. I am referring to the second story bedroom.
