Want new tile in basement over asbestos

My basement has old tile in it and its probably asbestos being old and 9x9. It is in relatively decent shape although the floor has some rolls and waves that make it uneven. I pulled up carpet that was on half of it and the padding stuck quite a bit and there appears to be glue used and that didn't come up, but there's not glue marks on over 50% of that area. I scraped away a lot of the stuck padding but in some areas there's the glue with padding stuck to it.
I want to put some new tile down, what should I use? Looking for inexpensive, not a lot of traffic.
Thanks, your site is awesome, still working on that stuck disposal.
