How do I Cut out Cushion Floor in Bathroom

What is the best way to cut out round the wash basin and toilet pan?[?]

I don't really understand what you are trying to do. Are you ripping up the whole floor? What do you mean "cut out?" Welcome to the forum!

Hi Jean Thanks for the reply.
Using a template seems to be the only way. Will have to invest in a template maker then use a craft knife.

Yes, seems to me that a craft knife or box cutter should do the trick.
