pergo flooring/first timer

Any tips/suggestions other than manufacturers instructions I should know? I'm covering existing 3/4 inch plywood. It's level and flat and well nailed. I purchased the underlayment/vapor barrier. I'm nervous and excited to get going. Comments about denting from furniture concern me.
