Engineered floor over existing stairs

Is it possible to install engineered hardwood (pre-finishded) flooring over existing stairs. Currently, my steps are carpeted. I would like to remove the carpet and install engineered hardwood over the existing raw wood steps.
Is this possible?
Do enginneered wood manufacturers make all the necessary stair parts - treads, risers etc?
Any recommended manufacturers?
Thanks for your time.

I don't think floor wood manufacturers make repair kits for steps. I think you'll need to install stair treads to match your new floor. They're one piece or glued up treads
