Bobcat M700 Wanted - Any condition

This post may not be allowed, and if not, please remove as it is not my intention to violate posting rules. I'm a newbie and don't know the ropes around here.
Assuming that it might remain, I'll get to the point. I am in need of a Bobcat M700, which is a older machine that most would not want. Running or not, makes no difference. I do some cleanup on new construction lots, from time to time and have found this particular machine to ideally suit my wallet and taste. So, if any of you have one, or know of one, I would be willing to pay a reasonable cash price, depending on condition. I am located in Georgia, but would consider traveling for the right machine.
