Central Air unit drip - what to do?

    Hello everyone,

After discovering a water spot on my ceiling I opened it up and found a pipe dripping from the central A/C unit in my condo. In the picture below it is the pipe that the white plastic pipe is connected to that is dripping. It appears to be the seal around this pipe and the unit. In your opinion, is this something I can fix easily by myself? Your help would be greatly appreciated as with the coming heat wave I'd prefer to fix it rather than try and schedule something for the sake of my kiddos. Thanks!
