Rheem air handler fan

Greetings. I turned on the AC for the first time the following occurred. The outside AC unit operated fine with the the compressor getting cold. In the air handler (Rheem RHQA-1600B) the evaporator coils also became cold, but blower stopped. Inside the air handler panel I found a terminal and capacitor corroded from salt water complimants of flodding from Hurricane Isabel. All other connections in the airhandler are hot. I researched the capacitor to be 10 MFD, 370 volts and replaced the terminal. Any tips on installing the capacitor andsequencing??

Thanks

Just put the wires back like they where. Make sure power is off to unit when you do.You should put a new cap on there now .Might look at the fan relay and if it did this, you sure the motor is till good? Can turn the blower on and off at the tstat[8D]
