Is this a reasonable HVAC price quote?

Does anyone know if $7,300 (after rebate) is a good price for a new HVAC system. We're upgrading our current one with the Amana GUVA090*X50 (93K BTU, 2 stage, variable speed Furnace), Amana RCE42C2* (14 SEER, 3.5 ton condenser unit), Honeywell Humidifier, and new AC coils.

Also, the HVAC guy told us that having return and supply registers (2 each) in the basement would help lower the humidity level in the basement, is this true? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Dont sound to bad . But cost for a job are different all over so its hard to just say if its good . Always get 3 bids for the same job

Yes a cold air return in the basement will help a lot for heat and cool. Yes it will help to keep the humidity lower down there.
