system blows "warm" air only...not hot
My a/c - heating system only blows warm (like room temp)air and kicks on every two minutes as soon as it shuts off. I have a split system with the air handler inside. Someone I know talked about heat strips? are they easy to install, like in a water heater? Or could the system just be dirty? Please help, money IS a problem!

Not sure what you have if a heatpump and it cold out the air from them will feel cool. Try and push the tstat up or turn it on the AUX heat and see if the stripsheaters come on for you. Post back here with more info ,it helps

Imo, it would not be caused by a dirty filter tripping the limit. If the limit is tripped the air would be hot, not 'only warm', as the poster indicated.
Check out the fan/limit control for adjustment/replacement.
