Furnace stopped working

Hello,

I have a Rheem Highboy furnace with a Robertshaw 780-715 Ignition Control. Last night I came home and turned the tstat to heat and nothing happened. Today I tried turning the tstat to its lowest setting, unplugging the unit, turning the gas valve to "Off" for 5 minutes then returning it to the "On" position, then plugging the unit back in and raising the temperature on the tstat. When I pass room temp on the tstat the furnace clicks just once, I can hear and smell the pilot gas flowing but the pilot does not seem to light. I can light the pilot manually and the furnace fires up and the blower kicks in like normal. One time when plugging the furnace in to light it manually the igniter actually sparked several times and did light the pilot, but that was 1 out of about 25 times.

Do I have a faulty ignition control module or some other problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
