Frozen condensation all over unit...

HELP! I am not sure what the problem is but I have frozen condensation all over my HVAC unit. Also, when it cuts off it sounds a little rough. The unit itself can't be but 6 yrs old. I am not that good when it comes to HVAC stuff. Also, the air that comes out of the vents is not so hot. Any advice?

Thanks!

INFO INFO helps all the time .I take it it is a heat pump. That didnt go into defrost. Turn the unit over to AC and see if it will get the ice off. If inside coil can be low on freon. need info ,
