how to switch blower on hi

hi guys, i have a briant plus80 furnace,and when i had the furnace fix by a friend in the winter,i told him to switch the blower on hi for the heat.now that the summer is here i like to switch the blower on hi for the cold air that now runs on low.my friend at the time told me that when i was ready to do that ,i should just switch yellow wire and black wire ,but i'm not shure what he meant.am i supposed to switch the wires?mean put the yellow where the black is now ?
if you have any idea on how to do this ,help will be appreciated

You should not go onto a furnace and just start moving wires around willy-nilly. This can only hava a bad outcome. This needs to be done by a qualified technician who has a proper wiring diagram and manual for the unit.

imeduc is an unknown quantity at this point
Check inside the unit most of the time on the blower door for the wire schematic. Just read it and go from there. Turn the power off when you go into there..
