Bryant 383KAV fan will not operate

Over the past weekend my house became extremely warm.

Investigating I found that the outside unit was operating normally and the inside unit was cold and sweating. The blower motor was not operating (The fan switch is in the on position)

I read the diagnostic test on the panel, the inducer motor, hot surface ignitor, all operated normally, still no blower. I went to the Bryant dealer and purchased a new blower motor and capacitor… Still have the same problem!!!!!!

Please help me find my way...

Thanks for all of the replies!!! [V]

I resolved the problem, the relay on the control board was blown, I followed the wiring diagram and found the bad component, ordered it $2.11 + shipping.
