Thermocouple Question

Are thermocouple for propane and natural gas the universal or not?

JCA1 is an unknown quantity at this point
generally speaking yes, they use the same thing no matter of gas type. However there are differences between thermocouple's...like: quick drop out, metric threads, backwards threads etc. You'll need to compare yours to a replacement.
