Central AC thermostats help.

Central AC thermostats help.

I moved to this condo 6 months ago, and 2 months ago I noticed that the thermostat locked dead (it was working fine) so I bought a new one and after almost 3 hours burning my brain to install it I finally did and it was working fine, and today It was dead again, I bought a new one but had no luck this time, I wonder what is wrong, it looks like there is no power coming to the thermostat, I checked all the breakers and everything looked normal.
Please, help me!!!!
