Condensation leaking onto cellar floor!

I have noticed quite a bit of water on my cellar floor from condensation accumulation form A-Coil, I have checked the condensation pump seems to be working fine lubed float and put back together. But noticed water seeping from just below A-coil like something plugged, not allowing water to flow totally to condesate pump. Any ideas, how do I remove myself to clean out etc.thanks for the help!
