ice on chimmeny cap
What cause's ice build up on a chimmeny cap? My sister lives in iowa and out of 75 townhouses in her development her's is the only one with ice hanging from the cap. We walked all through the area just to check this out.

Hube is an unknown quantity at this point
Perhaps the other 74 got a fire burning in theirs.
