2001quicksilver is on a distinguished road

Trane 78xe intermitent

I have a Trane 78xe heating system. Some times it will not start up. I have to turn off the emergency switch then wait about a minute and then it works great for a week or two then the same thing happens again. Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot? Thanks in advance
