Air Quality

Can anyone tell me if there is a product that will do all the air quality enhancements for a 1400 sqr ft home located in the S.E. region of the USA...
Humidify, in dry weather
De-humidify, in muggy weather (and smarts to tell when each of these should be on)

I would also like this product to perform air cleaning... HEPA and/or UV.

Really, I would like one item to add to my central heating & Air conditioning that would cover it all.

Am I asking for too much??

No but you just need to know where to look. Youwill end up getting a HVAC contractor to do the work which will be well worth it. A humidifier for the winters and dry seasons will work well. A varrible speed furnace with atleast 2 stage gas valve will take care of air cycling and movement as well as increased comfort during the heating mode. The April Aire 5000 is the best air cleaner out there rated by consumers digest. It is electronic and can handle your space very easily. It does very well against all air born particulate as well as cigarete smoke and even air born viruses. Your cost is going to be some where between 500 and 5000 deoending on how interested you are on this endeavor.

BTW FYI those Ionic breezes are crap compared to this product. The Breezes were rated 35 which was dead last of all the products tested.
