Bryant model 398 AAZ

I think I have two problems:
One- the pilot is long and orange colored. Tried to adjust but no change was made.
Two- the furance will start pilot will come on, burners will lite, blower motor on and than everything shutsdown in about 15 seconds. It will restart after a minutes and this time it will complete the cycle and run until it makes temp. Sometimes it takes a few restarts to run.
