Bryant Plus 90 water leaks....

A few months ago I need to replace the pressure switch, otherwise the inducer would timeout and shut down the furnace. I cleaned the condensate trap, checked out the inducer, resealed with high temp silicone and has work fine ever since. This morning the furnace was not running eventhough the stat was calling for heat. Had to leave for work for a few hours before I could come back home and check it out. Got home, furnace is running..........I turned off the service switch to begin my diagnosis and water began to steadily drain from the blower area, I removed blower and it appears there is some sort of metal heat exchanger directly above the blower that may be the cause, any ideas?????
