Steam radiator vent hole stripped

Greetings to all, new to this forum.
I need help with 2 steam radiators that have stripped vent holes. I can't install the new vents. I've seen a tool specifically made for cleaning threads on radiators and vents somewhere, but can't remember where. Anyone know what it's called and where I can't buy one?
Thanks in advance.

most small steam vents are 1/8" NPT - a common 1/8 pipe tap will work. the tap has a tapered thread so when you clean out the holes, screw the tap in about 3/4 the way up the threaded portion don't go all the way in.

I picked up a tap at one of the few old school local hardware stores left.
Worked like a charm.
Thanks.
