Addng zones to Well McClain boiler

This subject is probably to extensive for this forum, but I'll give it a shot.

Zone box has only 1 left available, need to add 2 more. How difficult is it for me (well versed in electrical) to change that box out froma 4 zone to 6 zone?

Also, how difficult is it for me to pipe those additional zones? I've run the pipes up to the boiler, but haven't connected them yet.
