Old boiler system

I have an old radiant heat oil boiler for heat.
Obviously, with fuel oil prices being what they are, I'd like
to save money next year. I've done a bit of research on circulating pumps.
Would one of these benefit the system, at the moment it's gravity
feed.

This unit is probably orginal to the house, which was built in 1918.
American Standard #7 -- no idea what BTU it is though it was retrofitted
to burn oil.
