DaveSPE is on a distinguished road
L8124 Run hour meter
Have a h/w boiler for winter heat and dhw. Would like to connect an ac run-hour meter to record run-time during summer for dhw needs. Plan to connect across B1 and C2 on the L8124A. Looks to me like meter will run only when oil burner fires up. Right?

it should if that is what controls the burner.
