Baseboard Heat problem in 1 room only?

I have hot water heat in my house and all the rooms work but one bedroom. I have tried to drain the air out of the pipes but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas of how I can get the one room working again?

I;m not sure of yourself but when you bleed a rad you must turn off the boiler and wait a few minutes then bleed the rad with the boiler off this will allow the air to rise and the water to drop try this if it doesn;t work it may be a cloged valve (is there a seperate thermastat for that room?)it could be the zone valve if so .
