changing thermostat

I would like to change my mechanical Day and Night thermostat to a Hunter digital Model 44760. The day and night is wired as following; white-W1, Yellow-Y, Green-G,Red-R and Orange-0. There are three unused wires back in the wall. Blue, black and brown. The Hunter thermostat has these wiring contact options; R, Y1, W2, E, O, B, G, L, C. The install manual says I must use C (common) to power the thermostat. Since all the existing contacts don't exactly correspond I am confused as to how to wire this. Can anybody tell me how to wire this correctly?

Thanks Hube...I have the R, O, G, but am confused about the y. the old therm has a Y, but the new isY1. The old has white to W1 but the new only has W2. There are also two notes included in the install manual; 1. Common wire must be required for thermostat operation and 2. if your heat pump does not have an E wire, use the provided jumper wire to connect the E terminal to the W2. Also here is some other info I should have includede before. The new therm (Hunter Model 44760) lists it's terminals as such; R-24V AC supply, Y1- compressor stage, W2- Auxiliary heating, E- emergency heating, O-reversing valve(cooling mode), B-reversing valve(heating mode),G-fan, L-system monitorand C- common. Could any of the wires that are unused in the wall go to any of the terminals as well? Thanx
