    That ban message was from HayZee, one of the moderators of this Forum. Apparently that person violated one of the Forum's rules/by-laws and got 'spanked'. If that person returns after a year and the conduct is within the Forum guidelines, then the user will be allowed to stay and share. But if that person disregards the guidelines, I'm sure permanent banning will take place. Hope this helps.
