Hey i just want to let you know that you were wrong on the diagnoses of a couple of genie unit problems that I read. The person said that the unit would run the screw and it wouldn't stop. That is not an issue with a limit at all. Especially if she resets the unit and as soon as she plugs it back in it comes back on. That is a circuit board issue. And as well as her replacing the limit, it doesn't cost $100, you and I both know it costs about $4 plus shipping. Do not give false information, and try to bend someone to buy a new unit, when they could of spent less to just fix the issue. Especially since your affiliated with CHAMBERLAIN, doesn't give you the right to cheat people because you think genie is crap. Chamberlain has there fair amount of problems too. So when it comes to Genie. Leave it to the people that actually know the units. Don't try and bend people to by a Chamberlain that they didn't need.
