Restless

Several years ago, I had a tool, I believe it was called a Star Driver or center punch, and you could drive a ringed nail into concrete block with a hammer and the block would not crack or chip, regardless of where you put the nail. Someone decided they needed this tool more than me and so I have been looking for one now for a couple of years and can't seem to find anything similar. In my application now as an electrician I could certainly use one of these again. Can anyone help.
