At about 0800hrs 3/30/09 i logged on and found that a new member under the screen name "Nikecon" had post advertising on all the forums.

I also noted that the user was online at the time so I sent him/her a msg saying that advertising was prohibited and that any further incidents could and would result in cancellation of his/her mambership.

I then set about to delete all the offending posts.

25minutes later I logged on again to find that he/she had posted the same ads again on about 1/2 the forums.

I strongly suggest that you consider blocking this individuals membership,
