Has anyone updated a monitor heater? Do the vent holes align?

I'm considering replacing my Monitor 41 with an updated Monitor 441 (I really want to be able to program the heater and the 41 doesn't provide a way).

What I'm wondering is if Monitor had enough foresight to align the vent holes between older and newer models?

That is, if I get a new monitor heater, will it be "plug and play" or will I be stuck filling the old exhaust hole and drilling a new one?

all monitors have the same opening so retrofitting a new one in and old install is a piece of cake.
