FORGOT TO MENTION IT THE HOUSE HAS A VERY GREEN ROOF.......

There are paint programs that you can buy and actually see how the colors would look. Glidden has a cd that you can pick up, and using their paint selection you can put them on a picture of you home on the puter. Here's a link to show you this one and more. Hope this helps.
