Painting Siding - Few Rust spots showing

I am planning on painting the outside of my shop that aparently during building a few un-galvanized nails were used to attach the siding and are starting to rust through.. How can I deal with the few rust spots before painting the siding?

pushkins is on a distinguished road
Use a CLR or similar product to remove the stain (or as much as it will) then coat the nail heads with a galvinised paint. You will be able to paint over them without any problem and without the problem reoccuring if it's done right.
