Exclamation Paint a new cement retaining wall

I just completed a new room addition and would like to paint the new concrete retaining wall that is just bare, with some kind of a filler paint to smooth it out and just a little color. I make the mistake of not floating the concrete to match the new stucco so now I would like to make it look little nicer by some kind of a filler and paint combo. Thanks for any help, Buckspc
