Anyone know what painters charge per Sq. ft in Ft Meyers area?

Last I checked it was $1.00 per square foot outside and more for indoors.

That sounds about right, but you have to think about how much prep work and repair there is. If they have to repair or replace trim around windows or go over a dark paint with a lighter color, their costs will be higher.
