Best Exterior Paint for Southern Exposure

What is the best paint to use on the south side of my house. karen

start off... you want a paint that is 100% acrylic
this will allow the paint to expand and contract as the temperature changes. If it doesn't say it on the can consider one that is. Why, your paint will last longer with out cracking and peeling.
All exterior paints will have mildcide in them so don't worry about that. The government regulates the amount any paint company can put in the can, and it is cheap so they all put in the max.
