Leach Field Rejuvenation

My 12 year old leach field is starting to fail (I had the 1500 gal tank pumped out a month ago) and I'm getting a small wet patch of lawn and smell after a load of laundry is done. Anyways I've called a guy that installs new leach fields for a quote (likely to cost me $5500) and am strongly considering calling (and likely will today) a company called All Clear (Milford, NH) that uses the Terralift equipment/method to rejuvenate my leach field. Has anyone ever had this type of rejuvenation performed on their leach field? From what I read the cost should be about 25% of the cost of a new leach field.
