Ian is an unknown quantity at this point

garbage disposal

Our sink garbage disposal started making terrible noises, then shut off. Nothing caught in it , but the top mechanism seems loose. When I look in to see if there is a place to tighten down, I cannot see anyplace for that. Any suggestions. Thanks.
